3. Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Understand the process: Our new clothing and art items are made-to-order specifically for you.
Allow production time: Production begins after payment clearance. Please allow 4-6 weeks for creation before posting - customers will be provided approximate time frames and updates.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Postage is charged at 12.00 per standard order across Australia.
Track your package: All orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking numbers provided to your email.
Expect delivery timelines: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery area.
We can negotiate express shipping: Express post options can be negotiated prior to purchase, depending entirely on the size and fragility of the art item.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns Policy

New and made-to-order items: You may return new items for a change-of mind store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Cover return postage: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Return original condition: Items must be returned in the original condition to qualify for a return. New items must still have tags intact and be unwashed.
Second-hand items: All second-hand clothing sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind on second-hand items.

6. Faulty Items and Consumer Guarantees

Protect your rights: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Handle faulty goods: If any item (new or second-hand) arrives majorly faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
Report the damage: Contact us on our email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the fault to arrange a solution.

Protect our art: All artwork, custom made clothing designs, specified photography, images, videos and music on this website are the intellectual property of Everything We Love Today.
Art we sell on consignment is the intellectual property of the artist and we have permission to display images and information relating to the artists work.
Prohibit unauthorised use: You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or art work without our express written permission.
